Open Enrollment for 2027 benefits is October 26–November 4, 2026.
This is your annual opportunity to enroll in or make changes to these benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
- Voluntary life insurance
- Voluntary accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
- Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance
- Whole life insurance
- TRICARE supplemental insurance
This is an active Open Enrollment. Your current benefits will not roll over to 2027 if you do not enroll through Workday.

Documentation for Dependents
If you’re enrolling dependents, you may need to provide this documentation:
- Marriage certificate
- Birth or adoption certificate
If you’re enrolling in or increasing supplemental life and AD&D insurance coverage for yourself or dependents, you may need to provide Evidence of Insurability.
Additional Step for Recent New Hires
If you’re hired during Open Enrollment, you’ll need to enroll twice: first for the current plan year, then again for 2027.
What’s New and Changing in 2027
New Cigna Policy Number and Member Services Phone Number
The 2027 Cigna policy number is 3347576 and the member services number is (800) 244-6224.
Hinge Health - Virtual Exercise Therapy
New for 2027, Hinge Health is available at no cost to all employees and their dependents (aged 18+) who are enrolled in one of the Cigna medical plans. Hinge Health is a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) solution providing a non-surgical approach for joint and muscle pain through virtual exercise therapy and a complete clinical care team. With Hinge Health you get a dedicated clinical care team, personalized exercise therapy, and advanced motion tracking technology. Eligible members can also receive a wearable pain relief device. Registration will open on January 1. You can sign up to receive an email reminder to register on January 1 by visiting hingehealth.com/for-individuals or calling 855-902-2777.
Contribution Limits
Health Savings Account (HSA)
In 2027, you can contribute up to:
- Individual medical coverage: $4,500
- Family medical coverage: $9,000
The contribution from DDC remains:
- Individual medical coverage: $1,200
- Family medical coverage: $1,400
